Del Valle Texas
Del Valle Tx is small country living at it's best. It sets about seven miles northeast of the City of Austin, and runs along the Colorado River. It was founded in the late 1800's and is booming today. In the 1900's the population was a mere 75, and in the year 2000 had balloned to 2,476 with 158 businesses. It isn't growning at an astronomical rate for those that want to get away from the city life, but still has it country values. New home construction in the area is very much so still in full swing. The values of homes start in the 100's mark and well up, depending on what type of acreage you a willing to settle for.
