Home Inspections
Once a buyer has decided to make an offer on your home, it will usually be contingent upon a professional inspection of the entire property. The inspector will check and make sure all of the home's general systems are working properly and report any items that need to be repaired. If any major problems are found, your Realtor will help negotiate through them.
